As an AMFT, I have a passion for working with young adults, college students, and teens striving for a safe space to process difficult and chaotic life circumstances. I often utilize a mix of CBT and EFT therapy to help clients learn new ways of taking care of, showing up for themselves, and learning new coping skills that can be utilized for a lifetime. I am passionate about working with clients with anxiety, OCD, depression, and those that wish to further exploring their inner world and want to create changes in their daily life.
I take a collaborative approach with clients where we can learn different ways of coping, being, and living. Together, we can create space for you to experience an environment filled with acceptance, empathy, and authenticity. Here, you will be able to explore, process, and understand who you are, how you got here, and where you want to go in the future.
Whether you are starting therapy for the first time, returning, or looking for a better fit all clients are welcome. I am currently taking on new Telehealth clients with open availability. In addition to my clinical experience, I also have a background in religious studies and am passionate about seeing clients from various cultural and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds.
