I am passionate about working with individuals, as well as their loved ones, who may struggle with an eating disorder and other comorbid disorders including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I want to help empower you along your journey to achieve your therapeutic goals.

I use evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support you in exploring your own values outside of your identified struggles. I also use Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to help empower families.

I view the relationship between client and therapist as an important, collaborative part of treatment. I will support you in identifying the goals you want to work on in our sessions to make sure you are getting what you want out of therapy. I look forward to meeting you!
