Hi, I'm Jillian! I'm a therapist committed to creating an affirming and inviting environment for the folks I work with. I've been practicing since 2017, and enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ Community. If you've found yourself feeling stressed, anxious, going through a change or transition, or looking to process some big feelings, then you've already taken one of the most challenging steps in seeking out therapy. I do my best to create a space where you can be yourself, open up, and we can even have the occasional laugh together. I'm glad you're here, and am looking forward to working together.
I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ Community who may be looking to explore their gender, sexuality, and/or identity, process life changes, navigate relationships, or who are looking for a therapist who is also part of the LGBTQIA+ Community. I work to cultivate a supportive and non-judgmental space where growth, learning, and healing can occur.
Starting therapy, either for the first time or with someone new can be overwhelming as we have to be vulnerable and sometimes vulnerability is uncomfortable. Whether it be relief, motivation, or hope, I strive to have the folks who trust me to be their therapist leave our sessions with some clarity and curiosity to keep coming back so we can grow together.
