I am Jill, a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Yoga Teacher. My belief is that everyone’s journey with healing is individualized, holistic, special, and unique. Through the 18 years I have spent working as a social worker I have been able to witness that despite any challenges we faced, we are all capable of living as our whole worthy authentic selves.
My therapeutic approach is to serve as a safe space and a guide to your own journey of healing through; cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, ACT, strengths-based, Gottman couples counseling, Internal Family System and somatic practices and nervous system regulation such as EFT (tapping), guided visualization, and breath work.
I have an extensive amount of experience guiding school aged children and their families through their journeys with anxiety, ADHD, grief, adjustment issues, and other major life challenges stages of life transitions and divorce. I have spent the majority of my career as a school social worker so this is an area of practice that I am truly passionate about.
