My experience in the field of social work is vast and because it exceeds 20 years, I am able to offer assistance in many areas.I believe we all have strengths we may/not be aware of. Therapy often helps a person to be more aware of his/her strengths and often provides an impetus for change.
My practice is solution-focused, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral , Insight-Oriented , Family Systems, and Psychodynamic techniques. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship issues and bereavement issues.
