Hello everyone! I understand the pain caused by relationship stress, depression, anxiety, and anger. Your goal is to live your best life, right? Well my goal is to help make that happen. My approach is a combination of empathy, compassion and accountability. I am a believer in providing my clients with positive reinforcement and honesty. Humor is an important part of the therapeutic process as well and I do apply animation, conversation and entertainment to your session as needed. So just be yourself and everything will be alright.
I have been through my own struggles with relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma and substance abuse. I have made it my mission to ensure that others find healing like I have and to increase a positive outlook on their future.
