Have you ever woken up and thought to yourself, "I can’t keep doing this,” only to find yourself doing the precise thing you swore off hours before? There comes a time when assistance is required to cope and overcome many of life's obstacles. I work with individuals to support them in recovering from addiction, changing bad habits, improving relationships, and overcoming life challenges. I tailor my methods to the individual, as each person presents with a unique personality and has different circumstances. I believe in fostering a deeply caring, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can feel heard and supported.
My treatment methodology is based on a strength-based, cognitive behavioral model that incorporates EMDR and other modalities. I specialize in treating clients who struggle with substance misuse that may co-occur with anxiety, depression, and anger management concerns. I work to establish connections with clients that are rooted in safety and mutual resepct.
I offer LADC assessments/court ordered evaluations. I am also an approved IDSP (Impaired Driver Service Provider) for people who are looking to reinstate their license.
