With extensive experience working with adults and adolescents aged 12 and above, I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore past experiences and current challenges. My passion lies in helping young adults navigate the journey toward independence by identifying their core values and strengths, as well as the barriers holding them back.
Through a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I tailor therapy to the unique needs of my clients.
