I can help your child learn healthy strategies for coping with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, poor grades, and peer relationships. You don't have to feel hopeless about parenting any longer. As a mother and a therapist, I have over 12 years of experience helping children and young adults gain the tools they need in order to live healthy and happy lives.
I work with children struggling with ADHD and dyslexia, using Cognitive therapy techniques to improve working memory and processing speed. I teach coping skills to help clients heal from trauma. Christian counseling is available upon request.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to challenge dysfunctional thoughts, help you make changes in perceptions of experiences, educate patients on topics of focus, and reflect on the past in order to improve problem solving skills for present and future circumstances.
