Talking to a therapist can be a hard decision to make for a lot of people. Some days you might not feel like "getting into it" again but you want to feel connected and supported. I understand all of that and have been there myself. I'm not the typical therapist as my clients can attest. I'm more of a supportive friend and do my best to meet you where you are and with what you need.
I am board certified in telemedicine & licensed in Florida and Pennsylvania. Anxiety, depression, low self esteem & relationship problems are typically what I see the most. With my medical and personal background, I consider chronic health issues my specialty. I work with men, women & couples of any age. I work with adolescents on a limited basis re issue.
