I currently have a wait list. The best way to reach me is to contact me by email, providing some details about your specific need and wishes for therapy at this time. I have been in private practice since 1995, and provide psychotherapy in the State College, Pennsylvania area. My office is located just blocks away from the main campus of Penn State University. My approach multi-faceted, although my training is primarily Jungian, psychodynamic, and systems-based. The primary focus of my private practice is individual psychotherapy for adults, although I also work with couples and families.
Primarily I work with adults who seek therapy for anxiety and depression. I believe in the power to change and I believe that psychotherapy can be a strong force in that process. I have extensive training in the practice of dream analysis and use this as a tool in therapy.
My practice is primarily fee-for-service, and my fee is $165/session. Most major insurance plans will cover a portion of the cost of psychotherapy, which is reimbursable after the client submits a receipt of payment to their insurance plan. I am a preferred provider with United HealthCare for PSU graduate students.
