Hi! I am here to support you on your journey, wherever that may take you. Since graduating from NYU in 2013 I've been able to create a career I am passionate about. I believe everyone has a unique set of skills and strengths. As a therapist, it is my job to empower my clients and introduce evidenced based skills and philosophies to help them discover what they are. My goal is to help you find safety and security within yourself as you learn to effectively manage life's challenges.
My approach to therapy is using my clients as my guide, and I hope to have an open line of communication so that I can adjust my approach as needed. I am trained in EMDR by the EMDR Institute. Additionally, I am proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Clients can expect to feel heard and validated during our sessions. They will develop insight about themselves, challenge themselves, and set goals to accomplish both in therapy and in life.
