CBT, DBT, and behavior modification counseling for clients are powerful tools I like to utilize in therapy. They can take many forms- in children or with adults with areas of life they may want to improve, like learning how to provide boundaries . "Homework", other client involved tools are used to promote growth in therapy. Tailored to your specific needs!
Autism/ADD/ASD Specialty focus & training- As a mother to an autistic son, I am passionate about working with ASD (& neuro-typical) teens & adults to assist in creating behavioral, social & future goals. Social skills & goal setting are necessary and can be a struggle- help is available! ASDCS certified ADD structured counseling and evaluations offered!
