Times of transition can be a time of great growth, or struggle, or, often, both. I specialize in working with women in the transition to parenthood who may need help adjusting to new roles and demands. I also work with college students transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, and midlife career changers, to name but a few of the many transition times I've counseled clients through in therapy.
My previous work experience covers a wide range, including as a clinician at Women & Infants Hospital Women's Behavioral Health program, addressing perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders; in a college counseling center; and in a community mental health agency treating teens and adults and providing trauma intervention services.
My office is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample off-street parking, and babies are welcome at sessions!
