My goal is to help you achieve yours! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in substance abuse counseling. I recognize that seeking support may be uncomfortable, so I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment that encourages growth and change. Working collectively with you, I want to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment so you may benefit from our sessions together and gain self wellness.
Throughout my career I have worked with individuals from multiple different age groups, each with their own personal story and goals for treatment. I meet each individual where they are at, inquire about their motivation for change and together we work towards their personal achievement.
Much of my practice has focused on working with persons recovering and coping with addiction, symptoms of trauma, anxiety and depression, major mood disorders, personality disorders, and stress and relationship conflicts. Discussing and implementing change in one's life is not easy, yet the benefits can be rewarding. I look forward to working with you!
