I offer compassionate and individualized care that is tailored to your values and needs to help you meet your mental health goals. Whether you want to process a difficult experience and manage the impact of trauma on your life, learn how to cope with tough emotions, or make a meaningful career transition, we’ll work together to identify your strengths and find opportunities for growth to create lasting change in your life. At Fish Psychotherapy & Consulting, I aim to strike a balance between providing evidence-based therapies and culturally-based practices that I have special training in.
I deeply enjoy developing authentic and meaningful relationships with clients. I’ll approach our work together from a place of warmth and empathy as we begin to build a trusting and collaborative relationship. I find great joy pointing out clients' strengths and helping them harness tools and strategies to create a life that is personally fulfilling.
My focus on identity, strengths, and empowerment comes from my professional training as a counseling psychologist and my upbringing on the Tuscarora Nation. It's an honor for me to be able to provide clients with the tools they need to navigate life's ups and downs, and find joy in the present moment.
