As a social worker, I provide a mix of therapy, education and advocacy to help people regain their grounded-ness and feel successful.
I work with individuals, couples and families, many of whom are dealing with life transitions or relationships challenged by complex medical situations, memory loss or chronic disease. My approach to therapy is that most of us benefit from working on the external as well as the internal pieces of life to get back to solid ground.
