The tools I have perfected over my career are made for people just like you. I will give you skills that you can use for your anxiety, depression and/or your trauma. I take into account all the things that make someone healthy and well. This includes your mind, body and soul or as I call it “your inside self.” I am trained in EMDR, CBT and offer Telehealth.
While I do believe that anxiety and depression can be a part of life, I do not want to see anyone struggle with the pain that comes with these emotions. Time spent together will be solution focused and geared toward your specific problem. At times I will gently challenge you to move toward growth reminding you that you are SO worth it.
