I have been practicing therapy for over 10 years and am passionate about working with patients who want to better understand themselves. This is your space to say the deepest, scariest things on your mind. Sometimes when you come in, you might want to unwrap a specific topic; other times you might benefit from just saying what's on your mind in the moment.
I view people as a whole. You are not just the one traumatic event that happened to you; your past experiences and relationships shape who you are. When upsetting events happen, they happen to your whole being. By knowing more about you, we can work together to understand your reactions and emotions, and to gain insight into why things affect you as they do.
