I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults & couples. I have over 10 years’ experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, grief & loss along with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation and/or self-harm behaviors. I offer a relaxed and nonjudgmental space where you will be validated yet challenged and ultimately self-empowered. The therapy relationship is the key to your success. I strive to create a connection with my clients through my casual approach and my genuine accepting nature as well as creating an environment conducive to positive change.
I utilize a client centered and collaborative approach to therapy. I see psychotherapy as a joint collaboration between therapist and client and I strive to empower each client in their journey of self-exploration & healing. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities and tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
I provide 60-minute therapy sessions. We will work together to decide on the frequency of sessions taking into consideration financial, scheduling, transportation and therapeutic needs.
