My therapy approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based (MBCT).
I will provide gain valuable insights, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate greater self-awareness and empowerment through sessions with me.
