My practice is centered on adolescents (15+) and adults who need support with exploring emotions and stimulating growth through connection with a mental health professional. My philosophy is that therapy is a journey of self-discovery; no matter what stage of change that one finds themselves, there is room to evolve. I primarily work through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Solution Focused Brief Therapy lens and will use additional orientations based on client need. I believe that healing is worth the journey.
My approach is to be collaborative and strengths-based. My training and expertise includes, but is not limited to, child abuse and neglect, depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, relationship issues, and workplace trauma.
Please connect with me about my current availability or for a free 15 minute consultation to begin your journey.
