Welcome to JG Wellness Therapy! I provide a caring, supportive, and non-judgmental space for adults to overcome life’s challenges. I help individuals cultivate self-acceptance, inner peace, self-awareness, and increase happiness. I implement healthy coping tools to manage your feelings and enhance wellness. My approach incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices to address depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues and relationship conflicts.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina with over 16 years of experience. I have helped individuals enhance their lifestyles and feel confident resolving problems, improving relationships, and communication skills. I've also helped individuals who struggled with substance abuse and unhealthy relationships.
