I am a graduate of the University of Wyoming holding both bachelor and master level degrees in Social Work and am licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW-1621) in the state of Wyoming. I primarily work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression symptoms.
I have experience in working with adolescents and adults in various capacities. I believe that individuals are the experts of their own lives and reserve the right to have input in the direction of their treatment and goals throughout the therapeutic process.
As a therapist, my goal is to hold a space that offers non-judgement, empathy, compassion, and safety for all that come into my office. I aim to walk alongside those through the beautiful, difficult, and painful moments in life, and be with them through their healing.
