I work with individuals and couples. Having worked with all ages over the years, I currently focus on adults. I've had years of working with families of diverse needs, now I especially enjoy working with couples. I am able to help with severe concerns and love to work with people toward their own personal growth and spirituality.
I employ various methodologies and approaches, depending on the needs of the client. Generally psychodynamic in approach, primarily Internal Family Systems (IFS), Enneagram, EMDR. I especially enjoy working with couples, where we find IFS and the Enneagram extremely helpful. Training and personal work in Body-Mind Centering also informs my practice.
I have years of experience but I'm always in training, working on self understanding and freedom as well as learning better ways to help others. My practice is moving more toward a self-growth, spiritual practice. I welcome folks of all sexual orientations, religions and ethnic backgrounds. I offer consultation services for IFS-trained professionals.
