Jewel Weah received her Master of Arts Degree from St. Mary's University of MN. Jewel holds a dual Professional Counseling and Addictions Counseling licensure. She has a diverse background of working with SPMI (severe, persistent, mental illness) population, in-home and community based mental health, individual therapy, and family therapy, as well as working in chemical dependency treatment programs, both AA and Harm Reduction Model. Jewel is passionate about working with individuals and families to increase autonomy, self-awareness and increase in life fulfilment.
Jewel has worked and supported clients with depression, anxiety, chemical dependency, and life transitions. In her spare time, Jewel enjoys traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, volunteering, photography, cooking, and making space for self-care.
