My name is Jewel! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan & Indiana. I have experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents, young adults and middle-aged adults, and specialize in working with those have mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and women's issues. I have provided mental health treatment to individuals with severe behavioral and emotional concerns in an outpatient setting. I also have a background working in an inpatient substance use treatment center.

My treatment approach is the cognitive behavioral therapy model, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. My goal is to enhance the overall well-being and safety of each individual I serve and to help them meet their needs, as well as helping individuals cope with the challenges they are facing in their every day lives.

I offer individual therapy in a safe and respectful environment. It is important that a person trusts their therapist and feels comfortable enough to share openly during sessions. My goal is to make sure you feel heard and understood within our therapeutic relationship.
