I help individuals who are caught in destructive patterns and struggling with feelings of shame, anxiety, and despair. Together, we can work at discovering the root causes of your struggles and through this understanding break old patterns and find better ways of being in your life. My approach is to first look at deeply understanding you and the symptoms causing your suffering and through this understanding helping you to make meaningful changes in your life.
I believe therapy is a space for critical thinking and a space free of ideology. My goal is to balance insight with practicality as such, I utilize, parts work, and somatic techniques with the core framework of my approach being in-depth and existential as to deepen your connection and understanding you have with yourself to move towards more meaning.
