I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, and other day-to-day challenges. It is my goal to help clients identify their strengths, help you learn coping skills, gain insight into your thought patterns and behaviors; to help you navigate life’s daily stressors and overcome the greater obstacles.
I utilize an approach of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus Therapy and DBT Mindfulness skills in treating anxiety, depression, anger, grief, trauma, relationship issues, codependency issues, low-self-esteem, Men’s issues, family problems, and substance abuse problems. Using CBT we can identify negative thought patterns and core beliefs.
