Hello, I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and am driven to assist individuals in a journey of self-awareness and healing. I have worked with children, adolescents, and couples of various backgrounds struggling with depression, stress, anger management, social skills, stress management, anxiety, difficulty with transitions, divorce, or family problems, and self-esteem issues.
Life is a series of challenges that add to us each day. I primarily use CBT & DBT techniques in sessions and try to come from a holistic perspective of healing. I allow clients to set the pace in session and slowly challenge them through building rapport to reach their goals.
