Ultimately, this ideal client wants to feel whole again—emotionally, mentally and physically. They desire a return to joy and fulfillment in their life.

Working with domestic violence survivors, sexual assault victims and grief and loss has helped me to understand that the journey towards healing requires time and to take things one step at a time. I offer a safe space to begin this journey and therapeutic interventions that can help clients develop therapeutic goals that feel achievable.
