I approach the work from a systemic perspective meaning, I take into account the context, environment, and relationships that influence who we are in this world. What we are experiencing is rarely isolated. I also utilize concepts and interventions from a wide range of therapeutic models, which allows me to tailor the work to each client's unique needs.
