I use a strength based, relational framework, to work to compassionately identify areas in your life you would like to improve and work collaboratively in finding more joy and overall satisfaction. I provide a safe and affirming space to explore and heal old wounds and patterns of thoughts and behaviors that no longer align with your values.
I draw from many different modalities based on what the individual is looking for and what would work best for them. I have experience and training supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, older adults and folks in the LGBTQ+ community.
