I have a passion for counseling young adult women, adolescents, parents, and children. I practice therapy from a client-centered approach while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness Based therapies to provide treatment. The utilization of these techniques allows for a blend of flexibility and structure in therapy while meeting the unique needs of each individual that I work with.
While I have experience working with various presenting concerns, my specialties include anxiety, depression, life adjustments and transitions, grief and loss, social and emotional development and regulation skills, anger management, social skills, and parenting consultations.
