Greetings! Mental wellness is a passion of mine. In my work, I am interested in women's issues. As women, we inhabit a variety of spaces and have various experiences that are unique to us, such as the perinatal period, motherhood, and mental health disorders specific to women. Additionally, I support clients with life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma recovery.
My approach is person-centered, with strengths-based and empowerment-focused techniques. As a therapist, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is individualized and collaborative.
