My approach blends somatic tracking, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, attachment theory, polyvagal exercises, authentic movement, and developmental movement sequencing. I also incorporate art therapy techniques, dream work, and shadow work to help uncover and process the unconscious patterns that shape our sense of self.
