I am a compassionate counselor specializing in person-centered therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which provides a powerful combination to help clients in alleviating distressing symptoms associated with traumatic experiences along with developing skills to manage emotions, cope with distress, improve relationships, and create a life worth living.
I enjoy working with motivated clients who are open to exploring their inner world. I have experience with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and managing emotions. My ultimate goal is to help clients cultivate resilience and live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
