My approach to therapy is collaborative to help facilitate growth. I am a licensed professional counselor and reiki master. I have over 20 years of experience working with a variety of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I have an interest integrating the body, nutrition, wellness, reiki and spirituality into counseling.
I enjoy working with others in a holistic way to improve overall wellness. I have an eclectic style to help support each individual utilizing EMDR, IFS/parts work, DBT, somatic therapy and provide telehealth and in person.
