A passion for people drives my determination to help you regain your sense of stability. My role is to help you get your power back and learn to cope with the trial’s life throws at you. I am compassionate and dedicated and want to make each session what you need in that moment. I bring experience from inpatient, outpatient, and corrections working with a variety of individuals and families dealing with mild to severe mood and anxiety disorders, suicidality, self-harm, and personality disorders. I’m excited to start this healing journey with you.

I offer a judgement free zone for anyone experiencing distress in their lives. I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I want you to be able to relax and feel free to communicate anything and everything you need.

I firmly believe that connecting with your therapist and collaborating regarding your care will produce the best outcomes. My background working with individuals in acute inpatient, and acute outpatient settings has taught me that the more open and honest communication is how productive work is done.
