If you find yourself feeling stuck with issues related to trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, or sexual abuse, I would love to help with my experience and training. I have been through my own struggles with PTSD and anxiety that was only resolved with EMDR. This leads to me being passionate about this treatment and am fully trained by ICM. It has provided relief from symptoms quicker than other approaches for my clients. I am truly excited to start this healing journey with you.
I specialize in evidence-based therapies for mental health treatment such as EMDR, DBT, and IFS (parts work). Currently I am accepting new clients and also offer EMDR intensives that can more quickly clear trauma targets. If you are a Veteran or currently military, I have been trained as a Star Behavioral Health provider with past experience at VA.
I offer in-person sessions primarily but can also offer Telehealth sessions to suit your preference. My office is located in Gahanna close to a Whit's Frozen Custard!
