I work with individuals age 12 and up and truly enjoy working with my clients to help them meet their goals. I have a very wide range of experience working with clients who have struggled with many challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship stressors, ADHD, autism, relational and attachment trauma, and every day stress.
I work from a very eclectic and holistic standpoint. I want to help you feel as good as you possibly can and to help you make the changes to get there! I use several therapeutic approaches to help you reach your goals, including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, behavioral techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
