I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY and CT. My goal is to create a safe space for individuals to be vulnerable and heal. This is your therapy, and we will go at your pace. Healing is possible, and I am here to assist you in that process every step of the way. I work with men and women dealing with life stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, depression, spirituality, postpartum disorders, and trauma. When life becomes difficult and overwhelming, I provide a compassionate space for you to release your emotions and find clarity. Together, we will work towards building a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I am an integrative therapist, I am flexible and adaptable and remain open to utilizing various skills and theories tailored to each client's needs. Some of the frameworks I incorporate include person-centered, strength-based, spiritual, trauma-informed, humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and coping skills strategies.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy, and it's crucial that you feel comfortable with your therapist. I allow the client to lead the way by meeting them where they are. I create a peaceful and transformative environment by being nonjudgmental, supportive, and actively listen.
