As a licensed therapist, health educator, coach & Reiki practitioner, I provide holistically-minded, integrative medicine based mental health services. We'll use evidenced-based therapeutic techniques to identify thoughts & feelings influencing behaviors, combined with energy & nutritional therapies to explore the gut-brain connection. I also offer Acudetox protocol; an acupuncture technique utilizing designated points in the ear for anxiety, pain, depression, digestion, cravings & insomnia.
