Hello, I’m so glad you’re here. Many of us experience struggles at some point that feel overwhelming. I believe everyone deserves support to help them on their journey to feeling their best! Working on concerns/talking about feelings is not everyone’s favorite thing to do. Therapy can be difficult but it can also be extremely helpful. It’s not always like the movies. You don’t have to lay on the couch, go through every moment of your life, and always “tell me how you feel”. I DO want you to be comfortable, talk about what is important to you in order to meet your goals of therapy, and I am always open to hearing about your feelings!
What to expect when coming to therapy and working with me…to be yourself! We are both humans. We will talk to each other and work towards meeting your goals. I focus on you as a WHOLE person. I use creative activities or examples, interventions, and humor throughout the counseling journey depending on what feels like a good fit for both of us.
I work with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life stressors and difficulty communicating.
