I enjoy working with couples wanting to enhance their relationship, recover from affairs, increase their emotional intimacy, or have other goals that might pertain to a couple. I also enjoy utilizing play therapy, where children and adolescents can utilize toys and sand trays to process current or past experiences, including traumatic events, as well as increase their self-awareness and self-esteem. Finally, I appreciate working with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-esteem/identity issues, spiritual issues, relational issues, family issues, and stressful life transitions.

I approach therapy by building a strong therapeutic relationship that guides the therapeutic process. I utilize a collaborative, person-centered, and holistic approach combining various aspects of different modalities and treatment approaches.
