My therapeutic approach integrates Bowen Intergenerational Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused CBT, techniques to help individuals, couples, family, and military/veterans achieve more balance and satisfaction in life.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, stress, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts.
