I especially love working with "out-of-the-box" folks who feel squeezed into ill-fitting societal boxes. My clients long for deep self-compassion and acceptance for all of who they are, to heal the parts that they have ignored or denied.
My approach incorporates modalities that strengthen connections between physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual health, including the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music (GIM), Nature-Informed Therapy, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, and principles from Functional Medicine Health Coaching.
