As a therapist with a passion for supporting maternal/paternal and perinatal mental health, I understand the unique challenges and joys that come with starting a family and raising children as well as those with special needs such as ADHD and autism. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for moms and parents to explore their thoughts and feelings, and to develop the tools and strategies necessary to navigate the ups and downs of parenthood. With a compassionate and strengths-based approach, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and priorities, and develop a personalized plan for achieving them.
