My practice is focused on providing career counseling to adults (18+). I am a particularly good fit for people who need help identifying what career is the best fit for them, whether they are just starting out or are considering a career transition. I work with clients individually or in a time-limited telehealth workshop focused on helping participants figure out the answer to "what's next?". In addition, I take a limited number of adult clients for individual telehealth psychotherapy. I have particular interest & experience in providing psychotherapy to therapists/therapists-in-training and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe my clients have strengths and self-healing capacities, and that they are the best experts on themselves. I provide my clients with a supportive and accepting environment allowing them to explore internal and external barriers to their self-healing.

Groups
Career Exploration / Transitions Workshop
This workshop is for adults (18+) who are considering a career transition and need help figuring out the answer to “what's next?”. In this 4-session workshop (each session lasting 2.5 hrs), you will complete a series of activities to better understand what career options best fit for your interests, skills, personality, values, & strengths; learn about making mindful career decisions and some networking / interview skills; and connect with 2-4 other people in a similar transition. You will also complete a Career Exploration Workbook created by Dr. Stahl, designed to provide a tangible product to take with you.
