My therapeutic practice centers on a holistic, sex-positive, and trauma-informed approach, validating and humanizing all experiences. I strive to respect and incorporate each client’s values, background, identity, and diversity, fostering personal growth and empowerment.
I am passionate about helping individuals with matters of self-acceptance and self-worth, with a particular focus on supporting those navigating sexuality, gender incongruence, dysphoria, and affirmation goals. Additionally, I have extensive training and experience working with relational trauma, attachment wounds, intimate partner violence and sexual abuse.
My counseling approach integrates Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Theory, which emphasizes exploring and identifying different parts of ourselves to cultivate curiosity, compassion, and unconditional acceptance of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
